This policy explains what personal data Scintillect Technology (“Scintillect”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit scintillect.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

01Who we are

Scintillect Technology is a business based in India that builds websites, brand identities, WhatsApp and voice AI agents, and provides social media services for businesses. For the personal data described here, we are the data fiduciary (the party responsible for it).

02What we collect

• What you send us. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you tell us about your business and project.
• Project information. If you become a client, we collect the details needed to deliver and invoice the work, such as your business name, billing details and project materials.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
• Your currency choice. If you pick a currency on our pricing section, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so prices show the same next time. It never leaves your device.

Our website has no contact forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To deliver, support and invoice the work you ask us to do.
• To keep records we are required to keep under Indian law, such as tax and accounting records.
• To keep our website and systems secure.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

04WhatsApp, calls and our AI assistant

When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Our WhatsApp line may be answered first by our own AI assistant, which uses third-party AI and automation services to understand and reply to your message. Our team can read these conversations and may step in at any time. You can ask to speak to a person whenever you like.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business — such as messaging (Meta/WhatsApp), AI and automation providers, email and hosting — and only as much as they need to provide their service. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights. Some of these providers may process data outside India.

To display this website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from Cloudflare's CDN, which means those providers receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

06Projects we build for clients

When we build a website or AI agent for a client, the client owns the accounts and is responsible for the personal data of their own customers. We access that data only as needed to build and support the project, on the client's instructions.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry conversations only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project and billing records for as long as Indian law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

08Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, where we no longer need to keep it;
• withdraw any consent you have given; and
• address a grievance about how we have handled your data.

Email us at the address below and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

09Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal data, including access controls on the accounts and tools we use. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to limit who can see your information.

10Children

Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
